Festivals in Philippines

Filipinos are fun loving and vibrant people who love to celebrate a number of colorful festivals almost all round the year. Be it a religious occasion or a seasonal change, or a good harvest, or even the birth anniversary of a saint, there is a festival for every occasion in Philippines. Apart from these special occasions, each region and city of Philippines has its own festivals. In fact, fiesta has become the part and parcel of Filipino culture. Most of the festivals in Philippines are celebrated between December and May, when the weather is quite cool and pleasant. Christmas is the biggest and most celebrated festival in the Philippines.
