Reservation Fee Inclusion Packages

Ph 50,000 Reservation Fee is non-transferable, non-refundable and deductable from Total Contract Price (TCP).

1. Inclusive of round trip air fare for two (2) persons from Manila or Cebu to Tacloban (give us at least one week for ticket reservation)

2. Service vehicle will be provided from Tacloban City to Calicoan Island

3. Enjoy your stay,free accommodation and meals for 3 days and 2 nights in Surf Camp

Option #2

1. In case no reservation fee before the tripping, the air fare will be shouldered by the client and the company will provide service vehicle from Tacloban City to Calicoan Island and assistance for the tour.

2. In the event after the tour and the client decided to reserve specific lot and paid the Reservation Fee, the air fare will be refunded to the client by the company and can still get the Option #1.3.

• Reservation Fee : Ph 50,000 ((Non refundable and Non trasferable)

• Spot Cash : 5% discount

• 30 Days as Cash : 3% discount

• 6 Months as Cash : ZERO discount ZERO interest

• Spot Cash Downpayment : 5% discount

• In-house Financing : 30% Downpayment,interest free over 6 months,balance payable over 1 to 5 years at 12 % interest

• In-house Staight Financing : No Downpayment,payable over 1 to 7 years (Above Ph 3 million) and up to 5 years (Below Ph 3 million), at 12 % interest

• Bank Financing also available
