Option #2
1. In case no reservation fee before the tripping, the air fare will be shouldered by the client and the company will provide service vehicle from Tacloban City to Calicoan Island and assistance for the tour.
2. In the event after the tour and the client decided to reserve specific lot and paid the Reservation Fee, the air fare will be refunded to the client by the company and can still get the Option #1.3.  Terms of Payment

Reservation Fee : Ph 50,000 ((Non refundable and Non trasferable)
Spot Cash : 5% discount
30 Days as Cash : 3% discount
6 Months as Cash : ZERO discount ZERO interest
Spot Cash Downpayment : 5% discount
In-house Financing : 30% Downpayment,interest free over 6 months,balance payable over 1 to 5 years at 12 % interest
In-house Staight Financing : No Downpayment,payable over 1 to 7 years (Above Ph 3 million) and up to 5 years (Below Ph 3 million), at 12 % interest
